The increasing development of systems based on information technology in business and trade processes and the benefits arising from the use of such systems in organizations are undeniable. Besides, given the vital importance of capital and resources for the development, success and survival of any organization, there is an increasing tendency toward a better and more effective enterprise resource planning. Feasibility assessments refer to expert evaluations that are carried out before the implementation of SAP solutions. In these assessments, projects are analyzed from the point of view of infrastructure, processes and system architecture. Assessment results are used as a basis for making decisions about timing, cost and implementation methods. This project is conducted based on the experiences of the Mapna Group’s management counselors in the implementation of organizational projects in the form of feasibility assessments.
According to this methodology, necessary studies are first conducted on structure, processes, procedures, instructions and network, hardware and software infrastructure. After that, technical and analytical studies are carried out on the proposed strategy, implementation method and requirements. Finally, the volume of investment needed for the project will be estimated so that the relevant organization and stakeholders will be able to use it for obtaining all the data required for making better decisions and taking better measures. It is hoped that these assessments help improve the provision of ERP solutions to customers.
